GREEK CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head lettuce, cleaned and sliced
1 bermuda onion, sliced
1 pt. mayonnaise
1 head cauliflower, cleaned and sliced
1 lb. bacon, cut up fried and drained
1/4 c. sugar

Mix the mayonnaise and sugar well. Pour over the salad greens. Sprinkle on 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Toss well just before serving. Can be made ahead of time. Keeps 2 to 3 days in refrigerator.
