1 head iceberg lettuce
1 head cauliflower
1 sweet onion
1 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. Parmesan

Layer first 4 ingredients in the order given. Mix and spread on top the next 4 ingredients. Cover. Toss just before serving. It can be made the night before.
