BEEF BURGER BUNDLES 
1 1/2 lbs. chopped beef
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. boiling water
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. water
1 sm. jar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. rosemary or oregano

Combine beef, 1/2 cup dry stuffing mix, milk and salt. Shape into 6 to 8 five inch patties. Prepare remaining stuffing mix (1 1/2 cups) with water and butter according to package directions.

On each patty place about 1/3 cup stuffing, formed into a ball, then bring meat around stuffing, pinching edges to seal completely. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Pour off any fat.

Saute onion in butter until soft, not brown. Add 1 1/2 cups water, spaghetti sauce and sugar. Mix well and pour over meat. Sprinkle with rosemary or oregano. Bake 10 minutes more.
