SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
3 c. whipped sweet potatoes (bake potatoes)
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 stick melted butter

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped

Add all above ingredients except topping to potatoes. Put in greased casserole and cover with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
