“HONEY AND LEMON GELATIN” IS IN:

HONEY AND LEMON GELATIN 
1 tablespoonful gelatin, granulated (1 packet)
3/8 cup honey
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
3/8 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind (optional)

Soften gelatin by soaking in 1/2 cup cold water for a few minutes. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until thoroughly blended.

Refrigerate until set.

Lime Gelatin: Substitute lime juice for the lemon juice (and rind). Follow directions as above.
