CURRY CHICKEN 
Curry powder (mild)
Salt
Garlic
Onion
Chicken seasoning (optional)

Cut up and skin chicken. Wash off with vinegar and rewash with water a few times. Season with above ingredients; let cook for at least 1 hour before cooking. Put a good amount of curry on chicken. Heat a little oil in a frying pot, just enough to barely cover the bottom of the pot. Gently pour in all the seasoned chicken and cover. Put stove on medium heat and let cook for about an hour. It should make its own water, if it doesn't make enough you can add. Turn chicken over now and then until finished cooking.
