GREEK SALAD DRESSING 
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dry mustard

Mix and serve over a variety of greens:

1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 c. green pepper strips
2-3 in. dark greens from onions

Add a tomato for a touch of color.
