SESAME BEEF 
1 lb. Sirloin steak, cut into 1/8 inch strips
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. cooking oil, divided
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
Rice or chow mein noodles

Place beef in a glass bowl. Combine sugar, 2 tablespoons oil, soy sauce, peppers, onions, garlic and sesame seeds. Pour over beef and toss to coat. Let stand 15 minutes. In skillet or wok, heat remaining oil over high heat; add beef and marinate. Stir-fry until beef is brown and has reached desired doneness. Serve immediately over rice or noodles. Yield 4 servings.

Omg! I made this for my picky bf and it was so good! The recipe isn't all there but if you read the directions add the soy and don't be shy is gives it the salt it needs, not only did I use sesame seeds I put a swirl of sesame oil into the marinade (if you have it) amazing! Cook rice first (Uncle Bens boil in a bag 10 minutes, whole grain or not) and turn the skillet or wok on high let it get hot and cook it (stirring of course) doesn't take long. And Walmart thin sliced sirloin works so good of course cut across the grain into stripes you won't be disappointed! It is so good for cooking Chinese on a week day very little hassle. Love it, will make again!!! Thank you for the recipe.
