SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
8 slices bread, cubed
2 c. sugar
1 c. melted butter
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
2 sm. or 1 lg. can pineapple chunks, don't drain

Mix bread, sugar and butter. Add eggs, milk and pineapple. Mix well and pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
