TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can mushroom stems
2 cans mushroom soup
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 cans tuna
1 pkg. (8 oz.) wide noodles
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic with onion or plain croutons, optional
1 can peas, optional

Boil noodles with oil, drain. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole dish over croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
