1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
1 c. milk
3 c. flour (Swanson)
6 egg whites
1 tsp. Calumet baking powder
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream sugar and Crisco well. Add flour, milk, baking powder and salt. Cream well. Beat egg whites. Add flavoring and salt. Mix well. Bake at 300 degrees.
