HAM AND RICE SPANISH STYLE 
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. sliced onion
1/4 c. green pepper, sliced thin
2 1/2 c. tomatoes
2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. cooked ham, cut in sm. cubes
2 tbsp. celery leaves
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Heat salad oil in large, heavy skillet. Add onion and green pepper; cook over low heat until soft, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes, rice, ham, celery leaves, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well. Cook, uncovered, over low heat for 15 minutes or until heated. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
