GRAHAM STREUSEL CAKE | |
2 c. graham cracker crumbs 3/4 c. chopped nuts 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 c. butter, melted 1 pkg. Betty Crocker white cake mix 1 c. water 1/4 c. vegetable oil 3 eggs Mix crumbs, nuts, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. Reserve. Blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs. Pour 1/2 of batter into pan (9 x 13 inch). Sprinkle with 1/2 of the reserved crumbs. Cover with the rest of the batter. Sprinkle the rest of the crumbs on top. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool drizzle powdered sugar glaze on top. |
