CREAM OF COCONUT CAKE 
1 Butter Recipe Golden cake mix
1 c. Angel Flake coconut

Mix cake according to directions; add coconut and blend. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan and bake according to directions. Cool completely.

Mix 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk and 1 small can cream of coconut. Using a plastic drinking straw, punch holes through cake 1/2-inch apart. Spread the mixture over the cake slowly to allow it to seep in.

Blend 1 cup coconut, 1 cup sour cream, and 1 (8 ounce) carton thawed Cool Whip. Spread over cake. Cover with foil and refrigerate.
