MARINATED BROCCOLI 
1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Trim off large leaves of broccoli; remove tough ends of lower stalks. Wash broccoli and cut into spears. Place in steaming rack over boiling water. Cover and steam 10 minutes.

Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients. Pour over broccoli, tossing to coat. Cover and chill up to 3 hours.

Yield: 2 to 3 servings.
