MARINATED SALMON IN ORIENTAL
SAUCE
 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. sherry or Chinese rice wine
1 tbsp. grated ginger
1/2 c. minced scallions
2 sm. garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar

Whisk all ingredients together.

Place salmon (whole or steaks) in a bowl with a lid so it can be turned over. Marinate for approximately 3 hours. Turn bowl.
