CARAMEL POPCORN | |
2 gal. popped corn (1 lb. bag) 2 c. brown or white sugar 2 sticks butter 1 c. Karo 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla Cook sugar, butter and Karo 5 minutes. Stir all the time. Add soda and vanilla. This will foam. Stir and pour over corn. Keep stirring until coated well. Bake in oven on cookie sheet 1 hour at 250 degrees. Stir every 15 minutes. |
