3 c. diced zucchini
1 1/2 c. diced small onion
1/2 c. diced small onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Mazola oil
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs, beaten

Spray a 9 inch pie plate with Pam. Stir all ingredients together, pour in pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
