KING RANCH CHICKEN 
1 cooked and boned chicken
1 doz. corn tortillas

SAUCE:

1 can mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix and heat the ingredients for the sauce until cheese melts. In a greased casserole dish, layer tortillas. Scatter the boned chicken over the tortillas. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Continue to layer the tortilla, chicken and sauce until all is used. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. This can be prepared ahead of time and freeze.
