SOUR CREAM RAISIN BARS 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. quick cook oatmeal

Mix like pie crust and pat 1/2 mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
4 egg yolks, beaten
2 c. sour cream
2 c. raisins
3 tbsp. cornstarch

CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) Hershey chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional

Mix together in order given. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
Green food coloring

Mix and spread over baked, cooled brownies. Let set until frosting is firm. Refrigerate.
