1 c. Gruyere shredded cheese
1 c. artichoke hearts in water (not marinated)
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Dice artichokes - then mix all ingredients together. Spread mixture in shallow casserole. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle paprika on top when removed from oven. Double recipe for large group.
