PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. cooked & drained vegetable color pasta
1 c. celery
1 c. cucumber
1 c. red onion, sliced
1 c. red & green pepper, bite size chunks
1 c. cheddar cheese, cubed
2 c. ham, chicken or shrimp
1 c. broccoli & cauliflower, bite size, raw
1 pt. Italian dressing
1 c. cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. garlic salt
Pepper

Thinly slice celery and cucumber. Toss noodles, all other ingredients except tomatoes and onions. Add dressing. More seasoning may be added as desired. Also dressing. Pour in large bowl. Garnish with onion rings, tomatoes, paprika.

NOTE: If shrimp is used, do not use pepperoni, marinate overnight. Also any vegetables almost can be used.
