SALSA DIP 
1 can refried beans
1 pkg. taco mix
1 c. sour cream
2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 sm. can sliced black olives
1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Spread refried beans in 9 or 10-inch baking dish. Mix taco mix and sour cream together and spread over beans. Sprinkle chopped tomatoes over above. Sprinkle sliced black olives next. Sprinkle cheese on top of entire mixture. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes. Remove from oven. It will become firm after about 15 minutes.
