TACO LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
12 lasagna noodles
2 lb. 1% or 2% cottage cheese
3-4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. taco meat seasoning
15 oz. tomato sauce
13 oz. tomato soup
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Do not add extra salt

Brown hamburger; drain off excess juice and grease. Cook noodles until nearly done (approximately 10 minutes). Drain and rinse in cool water, prevent sticking together.

In large bowl mix hamburger, cottage cheese, tomato sauce, soup and seasonings.

Grease deep 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer 4 lasagna noodles on bottom of pan. Add 1/3 of meat mixture, sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Repeat 2 times. Top layer use extra cheese and sprinkle on Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top crust is golden brown. Remove from oven, let set 5 minutes before cutting.
