HERBED CARROTS 
1/2 lb. carrots, peeled, sliced
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. dill
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Steam carrots in water until tender, about 7 minutes. Combine rest of ingredients in a small bowl. Blend well. Toss mixture with carrots. (Note: Works well with other vegetables or combinations of vegetables such as carrots and zucchini or carrots and broccoli.)
