HERBED CARROTS 
8 med. carrots, scraped, parboil
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 c. hot water

Combine last 6 ingredients and then pour over carrots and bake until tender in 350 degree oven.

This was a big hit in my house. I followed the recipe ingredients exactly but instead of putting it in the oven, I replaced the lid on the pot and let it "steep" for 15 minutes. It came out beautifully.
