SHRIMP CURRY 
2 c. shrimp, deveined
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 cans cream of shrimp soup
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. curry powder
Sprinkles of paprika & parsley flakes

Cook onions in butter until tender. Don't brown. Then add soup and heat. Stir in sour cream and curry powder. Stir in well and add shrimp. Heat thoroughly and sprinkle paprika and parsley before serving.
