BUTTERSCOTCH POUND CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 sticks butter
1/4 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Cream first 4 ingredients together. Add eggs beating after each one. Add vanilla and flour (reserve 1/2 cup flour to coat butterscotch chips). Then add coated chips to mixture. Bake in loaf or tube pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 300 degrees.
