BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE BARS | |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips 1/3 c. butter 2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 c. chopped nuts 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium saucepan, melt butterscotch chips and butter; stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half of mixture firmly onto bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan. In large bowl, bet cheese until fluffy; beat in condensed milk, vanilla and egg. Mix well. Pour into pan and top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 24 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature; chill before cutting bars. Refrigerate leftovers. |
