BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1/3 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium saucepan, melt butterscotch chips and butter. Stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half the mixture firmly into bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Beat in milk, vanilla and eggs. Pour over crust. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Chill before cutting.
