BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
1/2 c. butter
2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium saucepan melt the butterscotch morsels and butter; stir in the crumbs and nuts. Press half the mixture firmly onto bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

In large mixer bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in the condensed milk, vanilla, and egg; mix well. Pour into prepared pan; top with remaining crumbs mixture.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature. Chill before cutting into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.
