1/2 c. butter, soft
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. oats
3/4 c. flour
16 oz. cream cheese, soft
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1/2 c. Karo
2 tsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13"x9" pan. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add oats and flour; spread evenly in pan. Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Cool slightly. Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed. Add eggs, one at a time, mix well after each. Add remaining ingredients, mix until smooth. Pour over crust; bake 45 to 50 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely on wire rack; chill.
