LOBSTER CURRY DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) can lobster, crab or king crab
1 sm. can shrimp

Blend together cheese, mayonnaise, onion, curry powder, lemon juice until fluffy and more or less smooth. Drain and flake lobster or crab; drain shrimp. Fold both shell fish into cheese mixture. Refrigerate. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
