SHORTCUT PASTRY WITH OIL 
6 tbsp. sunflower oil
2 tbsp. ice water
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Put oil and water in mixing bowl. Sift in flour and salt. Gradually mix flour with liquid until it becomes manageable dough and can be formed into a ball. Chill for at least 20 minutes before using. Use this dough for any fruit or meat pies. This is a low cholesterol recipe.
