OIL PASTRY | |
2 c. flour 1/2 c. salad oil 1 1/2 tsp. salt 5 tbsp. cold water Sift flour and salt into a bowl. Pour oil and water into measuring cup (do not stir). Add to flour mixture, stir with a fork. Form into 2 balls. Roll between sheets of waxed paper, place in pie pans. For prebaked crust bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Makes 1 double 8-9 pie crust or 2 singles. |
