1 square sweet chocolate
3 tbsp water
3 egg yolks, beaten well
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
3 egg whites
1 pie shell, baked and cooled

Melt chocolate and water in saucepan. Remove from heat and slowly stir in egg yolks. Add vanilla. Mix well and set aside to cool completely. In separate bowl, cream together butter and powdered sugar. Stir into cooled chocolate mixture. Beat egg whites until very stiff. Fold gently into chocolate. Pour into pie shell and chill. Note: For a different taste, use cookie dough instead of a regular pie crust. Make according to directions. Press on bottom and up sides of pie plate.

Bake as instructed and cool before adding pie filling.
