ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
2 pkgs. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 pt. whipping cream
2 cans mandarin oranges

Mix Jello, water and sherbet together until the sherbet melts. Refrigerate. Let set until jelly-like consistency. Then add 1 pint of already whipped cream and 2 small cans of drained mandarin oranges. Put in Jello mold or cake pan and refrigerate.
