A dip of ice cream
1 ice cream cone
Construction paper
Jelly beans or hard candy for decorations
Paste or staples

Cut a strip of construction paper about two inches wide and eight inches long for the clown collar. Paste or staple the ends together. If you like, cut out a bow tie and paste it to the collar. Set the collar in a saucer. Place a dip of ice cream on top of it. Stick jelly beans or hard candy on the ice cream for eyes, noses and mouth. Last, place the cone on the ice cream for a hat and your clown is ready to eat!
