CRANBERRY SOUR CREAM DELIGHT 
2 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello, any red flavor
2 c. boiling water
1 can (16 oz.) jellied or whole cranberry sauce
1 tbsp. grated orange rind (optional)
1 c. sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in large bowl. Add cranberry sauce to gelatin in small amounts; whisk until cranberry sauce is melted. Whisk in orange rind and sour cream. Pour into mold sprayed with Pam. Chill until firm, about hours. Unmold. Makes 10 servings.
