CHEESY BEEF ENCHILADAS | |
1 lb. ground meat 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa, divided 2 c. (8 oz.) Kraft natural shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese 12 flour tortillas (6 to 8-inch) Brown ground meat and drain well. Stir in half the salsa and 1 cup of the cheese. Spread 1 cup of the salsa in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Place 1/4 cup meat mixture in the center of each tortilla, then roll up. Place seam side down in the pan on top of the salsa. Top with remaining salsa and the rest of the meat mixture if any is left. Then put the remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and the dish is hot. |
