CREAM CHEESE OYSTER ROLL 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 (8 oz.) cans smoked oysters (drained and chopped)
2 to 3 tsp. mayonnaise
1 lg. cloves garlic (grated)
1 sm. onion (chopped)
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cream the cream cheese. Add to it the garlic, grated. Add the onions chopped and the mayonnaise. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto wax paper about 1/2 thick.

Then place chopped oysters in the center and roll to create a log - refrigerate overnight. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve on crackers or breads.
