CREAM CHEESE ROLL 
DOUGH:

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. warm milk

Mix together and let stand until dissolved. Add 3 well beaten eggs to the above liquid mixture. 1 c. Crisco

Crumble like pie dough. Add: 2 tsp. salt

Combine all the above ingredients and work it until it does not stick to the bowl. Put the dough on a floured board and then divide into four parts. Place each part into individual bowl. Refrigerate this at least 2 hours or even overnight. Roll dough on floured, wax paper. Roll into a rectangular shape.

FILLING:

4 (8 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well together. Put 1 1/5 cup of filling on each rectangular roll. Spread filling on the roll within 1/4" of edge.

Take wax paper and lift one side of the roll which will form a type of jelly roll pastry. When rolling up take the far side of the wax paper and fold towards you. Then, cut the wax paper from the far side and place on greased aluminum foil.

Puncture top of roll with fork. Let the roll rise 20 to 30 minutes. Bake in 375 degree oven for 25 to 35 minutes. Roll should be golden in color.

GLAZE:

3 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. (scant) milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and spread on lukewarm rolls. Enough for 4 rolls.
