STOVE TOP POTPOURRI 
8 cinnamon sticks (each 3" long), broken in half
4 whole nutmegs
2 tbsp. whole allspice
1 tbsp. whole cloves
1/2 tsp. dried orange peel (from a jar)

Mix all ingredients. Store in air tight container at room temperature where it will keep indefinitely.

To Use: Add about 3 tablespoons of the potpourri to 2 cups simmer water in a small saucepan over low heat. Fragrance lasts about 2 hours; add more water if needed. Makes 3/4 cup potpourri.
