4 pork chops, sear on both sides & put in casserole
1 (8 oz.) can applesauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Combine and mix well. Spoon on top of pork chops. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. To brown turn oven up to high heat for the last few minutes.
