BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. of wheat bran cereal
1 c. of oat bran cereal
1 c. of Grapenut cereal
2 c. of buttermilk
1 c. water
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg

Stir all the above into a large bowl.

In separate bowl mix:

1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. of baking powder
1 tsp. of baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix these ingredients and add to the other ingredients. Stir until blended. Add 2 cups raisins and stir. Fill 2 muffin tins and cook for 22 minutes at 375 degrees.
