THE BEST BRAN MUFFINS 
2 lg. eggs
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. wheat bran cereal
1/2 c. oat bran
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 12 muffin cups. In medium bowl beat eggs and sugar; whisk in milk and oil. Stir in bran cereal; let stand 10 minutes.

In large bowl mix oat bran, flour and baking soda. Fold in bran mixture. Add walnuts and raisins. Scoop batter into cups. Bake 20 minutes. Serve with Very Strawberry Butter (recipe follows).
