MICROWAVE SUGAR COOKIES | |
3/4 c. butter 1 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla 2 2/3 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt Soften butter (15 seconds in microwave). Cream butter; gradually add sugar. Cream until fluffy; beat in eggs and vanilla. Toss flour, baking powder, and salt to mix; add to creamed mixture and combine well. Chill dough 1 hour until firm. Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut in shapes. Arrange 8 cookies in a ring on waxed paper. Cook 2 minutes on HIGH. Yield 3-4 dozen. |
