PINTO BEAN PIE 
1 c. cooked pinto beans, mashed
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. angel flake coconut
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. canned evaporated milk

Mix all ingredients together and pour into three 9 inch pie shells. Bake at 300 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
