PINTO BEAN PIE 
1 c. cooked pinto beans, mashed
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Cream sugar, butter and eggs. Add remaining 4 ingredients and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crusts. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
