BOB & ANDY PIE 
2/3 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
5 eggs, separated
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
2 pie shells
1 qt. milk

Cream butter and sugar together. Add the beaten egg yolks, flour and spices. Then add the milk.

Beat egg whites stiff and fold into the custard. Pour into the pie shells and bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

These pies have a delicate custard filling which is topped by a thin layer of spice cake.
